At Least 1 Killed In Upper East Side Fire

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- There was a deadly fire on the Upper East Side on Thursday.

It happened around 8 p.m. at an 18-story building on East 81st Street between Lexington and Third avenues.

Citizen video shows flames shooting out of the second floor window.

One person was killed. The victim's identity has not been released.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
