Driver Arrested After Vehicle Crashes Into House In Seaford, Long Island

SEAFORD, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) -- Police on Thursday arrested a Long Island man after he allegedly crashed into a house in Seaford.

David B. Miller, 44, of Wantagh, was driving on Clark Street in Seaford shortly after 5 p.m. Thursday when he hit a parked car and then crashed into a house, Nassau County police said.

When officers arrived, Miller showed signs of impairment and was arrested, police said. No one was injured in the incident.

Miller was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, police said.

He was to be arraigned Friday at Nassau County First District Court in Hempstead.
