Former President Donald Trump Expected To Give Video Deposition In Trump Tower Security Lawsuit

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Former President Donald Trump is expected to give a video deposition Monday in a case involving an alleged assault outside Trump Tower.

A New York judge overseeing the case ordered Trump to appear as part of a lawsuit filed by protesters who claim they were roughed up by security in 2015.

Trump is expected to record the deposition at Trump Tower.
