DNA Test Results In Oquendo Disappearance Could Be Ready By Wednesday

NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) -- For the fourth day in a row remains were discovered in Queens.

Results of a DNA test that will determine if the remains are those of missing autistic teenager Avonte Oquendo will not be available until later this week, CBS 2 reported.

Police search teams made the discovery in the same area along the East River in College Point where they also found clothing that matched what Oquendo was wearing when he went missing in October.

A lawyer for Avonte's family said that test results were expected by Wednesday.
