Deron Williams, Pablo Prigioni Return For Monday's Nets-Knicks Game

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) — Deron Williams returned to the Brooklyn Nets in a reserve role and Pablo Prigioni started for the Knicks as both New York teams got point guards back Monday.

Williams sat out the past five games after receiving treatment on his ankles. He has missed 16 games this season because of ankle problems.

Coach Jason Kidd kept Shaun Livingston as his starter so Williams could work his way back into shape off the bench.

Prigioni has missed 16 games since breaking his right big toe Dec. 18. Coach Mike Woodson paired him with Raymond Felton in a two point-guard lineup that was effective last season but hasn't been used much in this one.
