Death Of Infant Found In Parents' Home Ruled A Homicide: Officials

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The death of infant who passed away last October has been ruled a homicide, police said Thursday.

Police responded to a luxury building at 22 North 6 Street in Brooklyn on Oct. 17 around 9:40 p.m. to find 2-month-old Hudson Dipede with head trauma, bleeding from the nose, unconscious and unresponsive.

The baby was transported to the Woodhull Hospital where he died.

More than eight months later, on Monday, June 22, 2015, the incident has been deemed a homicide. No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
