Video: Police Officer In Connecticut Joins Teens Dancing In Parking Lot

NEW BRITAIN, Conn. (CBSNewYork) -- A police officer in New Britain, Conn. is dancing his way closer to the community.

Patrolman Matt Sulek, 26, was seen on video dancing with a group of teenagers in a Walgreens parking lot.

Sulek said the teens turned off the music when he drove by, but he told them to crank it up.

He said he was trying to bridge the gap with the community and show that police officers can be a part of young people's lives.

His moves got high marks with the group.
