Three Women Injured In Deadly Cutchogue Limo Crash Released From Hospital

NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) -- Three women who survived the deadly limo crash on Long Island have been released from the hospital. A fourth survivor was released last week.

Four of their friends were killed when a pickup truck slammed into their limo along Route 48 in Cutchogue.

Brittney Schulman, 23, of Smithtown; Lauren Baruch, 24, of Smithtown; Stephanie Belli, 23, of Kings Park; and Amy Grabina, 23, of Commack were killed in the wreck.

The limo was leaving a winery and making a U-turn at a blinking traffic signal to head west when the pickup collided with it, Southold police Chief Martin Flatley said. The driver of the pickup hit the brakes before the crash but could not stop in time, Flatley said at the time.

The truck driver was charged with DWI.
