Man Dead, Woman Injured Following Harlem Shooting

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – A couple was shot early Sunday morning inside a Harlem apartment.

Police were called around 5:20 a.m. to East 102^nd Street.

Officers found a 27-year-old man shot in the torso and 26-year-old woman shot in the leg.

They were rushed to Cornell Hospital where the man, identified as Damian Coleman, was pronounced dead. The woman is listed in stable condition.

Sources told CBS2 her ex-boyfriend was the alleged shooter.

Police said they're searching for a 31-year-old black man wearing a black hooded sweatshirt.
