Cops Seek Suspect In Connection With Burglary At Manhattan Church

NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) -- The NYPD has asked the public for help in identifying a suspect wanted in connection with a burglary that took place at a church on East 14th Street.

At 1:15 p.m. on May 25, the suspect entered the Immaculate Conception Church, and walked into a bedroom on the third floor rectory where he removed $11,000 in cash from a night stand, police said.

The suspect has been described as a light-skinned male, he was wearing a black baseball hat, brown shorts, white sneakers, and a red t-shirt.
