With a customer base that large, State Attorney General George Jepsen says there are bound to be problems and complaints.

He advises if you're a customer having issues, call his office in Hartford or go to the attorney general's website.

"Anytime we get a complaint, we aggressively push it with Frontier and they are being responsive," he said.

Jepsen says state regulators in the state have asked Frontier to come forward with a complete update as to where things stand and what is being done to fix the problems.

He says given the size of the takeover, Frontier should have been upfront about the transition.
