Video Shows Suspect In Robbery Of Cobble Hill, Brooklyn Woman
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Surveillance video released Friday night showed a suspect accused of robbing a Brooklyn woman inside her apartment building.
Police said it was around 11:30 p.m. Friday, April 1 when the suspect followed the woman into her building in Cobble Hill.
Once inside, he is accused of grabbing the woman from behind and stealing her purse, which contained an iPhone and credit cards.
The victim said surveillance video showed the suspect waiting outside the building for an hour and a half before following her into the courtyard.
The victim told CBS2's Tracee Carrasco she has had trouble sleeping, but feels lucky she was not injured.
