Search Underway For Coast Guard Member's Dog Last Seen On Jones Beach
JONES BEACH, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) -- The search is on for a U.S. Coast Guard member's dog that went missing from Jones Beach last weekend.
Local rescue groups say the dog, named Vegas, was last seen on Sunday night.
She has white fur with a brown patch around her eye, and had on a purple collar.
The dog is from out-of-state and unfamiliar with the area.
