Citywide Crackdown Nets 13 Illegal Motorcycles, Dirt Bikes

NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) -- There was a crackdown on illegal motorcycles and dirt bikes in the city on Sunday.

NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton posted photos of the operation on Twitter.

At least 13 illegal bikes were confiscated.

The NYPD said that it periodically conducts safety checks on motorcycles citywide.
