Police Accuse Man Of Raping 11-Year-Old Girl In Brooklyn

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The NYPD arrested a man accused of raping an 11-year-old girl in Brooklyn.
Police took 45-year-old Andre Clarke into custody on Sunday morning after an extensive manhunt.
Investigators said he raped the child Saturday morning inside her home in Brownsville.

Police said Clarke is known to the girl's family.
The victim was taken to a local hospital in stable condition.
Clarke is facing rape and sexual abuse charges.
