Car Hits Building On East 58th Street In Manhattan

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A car crashed into a building on Manhattan's East Side early Wednesday morning.

It happened just before 5 a.m. near the corner of First Avenue and East 58th Street.

The driver was reportedly heading eastbound on 58th Street towards the on ramp of the Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge when it may have lost control.

Three people have suffered minor injuries. The car has since been removed.

The building will be inspected for structural damage.
