Another Trump Accuser Comes Forward; More Clinton Emails Leaked

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork)  -- With 23 days to go in the race for the White House, Donald Trump campaigned in New Jersey on Saturday as another accuser spoke out against him, and WikiLeaks released more hacked emails from Hillary Clinton's campaign.

During a brief speech before a Republican Hindu Coalition in Edison, New Jersey, Trump took another swipe at Clinton's health.

"Hillary doesn't have the energy. She's right now resting. She's resting, waiting for the debate Wednesday night," he said.

Earlier in New Hampshire, Trump called for presidential candidate drug testing, implying that Clinton may have taken something before the second debate.

"I don't know what's going on with her, but at the beginning of her last debate she was all pumped up at the beginning, and at the end it was like uh take me down. She could barely reach her car," he said.

Clinton, who did nearly collapse during a 9/11 ceremony last month, spoke about her health Friday in California.

"It's a grueling, strenuous challenge that requires a lot of stamina," she said.

Meanwhile, WikiLeaks released more hacked emails Saturday, including purported copies of three paid speeches Clinton gave to investment bank Goldman Sachs.

The Democratic candidate is publicly calling for more Wall Street regulation, but told bankers in 2013 the need to crack down is "for political reasons," adding "If people in your constituency were losing jobs and shutting businesses and everybody in the press is saying it's all the fault of Wall Street, you can't sit idly by and do nothing."

Bill Richardson, the former Democratic governor of New Mexico, dismissed some of the leaked Clinton emails using Trump's own words.

"This is political locker room talk that happens all the time in campaigns that are very intense," Richardson said.

Also on Saturday, a ninth woman came forward with allegations of unwanted sexual advances from Trump.

Cathy Heller told The Guardian newspaper that she met Trump during a Mother's Day brunch in the late 1990s at the billionaire's Florida resort when "he took my hand and grabbed me, and went for the lips." She added "I was angry and shaken."

Heller's story triggered another Trump denial.

"It's a rigged election because you have phony people coming up with phony allegations with no witnesses whatsoever ending up from 20 years ago, 30 years ago," he said.

Clinton's campaign manager called Trump's allegations of a rigged election "shameful," saying the Republican is "afraid he's going to lose."

A spokesperson for GOP House Speaker Paul Ryan, who has been at odds with Trump, said Ryan is "fully confident" the election will be conducted with "integrity."
