Video Shows Shooting That Left 1 Dead, 2 Wounded In Brownsville, Brooklyn

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police released surveillance video Thursday night in a shooting that left one man dead and another wounded in Brownsville, Brooklyn.

Around 8:15 p.m. Thursday, the police Operation Unit was dispatched after the ShotSpotter detection system revealed gunfire at 807 Saratoga Ave. in Brooklyn, police said. The ShotSpotter uses sensors to detect gunfire in city neighborhoods.

Responding officers found that three men had been shot. One man, 21, was pronounced dead at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center after being wounded in the torso, police said.

He was identified as Isaiah Cicero of Brooklyn, police said.

The other two victims, men ages 18 and 20, were wounded in the arm and were taken to the same hospital, police said. Their conditions were reported as stable.

Police late Friday released a surveillance video showing a man holding a door open and firing a gun into the foyer of a building. He is wearing a mask.

The shell casings from the shooting were found up on the street.

Late Friday, there had been no arrests and the investigation continued.
