NYPD: Suspect With Submachine Gun Robbed $200 In Cigarettes From Brooklyn Deli

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - A man with a submachine gun stole $200 worth of cigarettes from a Brooklyn deli Satuday, police said.

The robbery took place at around 3:15 a.m. at a deli located at Fulton and Cleveland Streets.

The suspect pulled out the gun, threatened a worker and robbed the deli of $600 in cash as well as the cigarettes.

The suspect is described as being 40-45 years old, about six feet tall, with short black hair. He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, sunglasses, a black leather jacket, t-shirt, blue jeans and gray sneakers.
