Police: Man Robs Livery Driver In Brooklyn

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are looking for a man who they said robbed a livery cab driver in Brooklyn.

Around 9:30 p.m. on Aug. 11., police said a 23-year-old livery driver picked up a man at 330 Bushwick Avenue.

The man asked to be taken to 155 Seigel Street, but when they arrived, police said he put an unknown object to the back of the driver's head and demanded money. He then took $150 from the victim and fled, police said.

The victim was not hurt.

Police said the suspect was seen on surveillance video on Fulton Street.

He is described by police as a black man in his mid-30s, about 5'11" tall with a slim build. He was seen wearing a black T-shirt, multi-colored shorts, black sneakers and a gold necklace.
