Police: 26-Year-Old Man Punched, Stabbed After Group Attacks Him In Brooklyn

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork)-- A 26-year-old man was brutally attacked by a group of several suspects late Saturday night in Brooklyn, police said.

Police said the man was punched, kicked, and stabbed with a sharp object at around midnight while in front of Vaqueros restaurant on Myrtle Avenue in the Clinton Hill section of Brooklyn.

The group of eight to 10 suspects also hit the victim with bar stools, according to the report.

The man suffered multiple wounds to his torso, shoulder, and left arm. He was taken to Elmhurst General Hospital in critical, but stable condition.

The individuals seen in the video above are described as Hispanic men, in their early to mid 20s. They fled eastbound on Myrtle Avenue following the attack.
