Man Charged With Killing His Father In Brooklyn

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A Brooklyn man fatally stabbed his father Saturday night and has been arrested, police said.

The killing happened around 10 p.m. at Ditmas Avenue and East Third Avenue in Ditmas Park, cops said.

Police say Mohammad Razzaq, 56,  was found dead in his home with a stab wound to the neck. His 19-year-old son, Hassan Razzaq, has been charged with second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon. He lived with his father.

There is no word yet on a motive.
