Man Robbed In Bronx Liquor Store, Police Search For Suspect

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police on Monday were searching for a suspect in the robbery of a man inside a Bronx liquor store.

The victim, a 30-year-old man, was inside the liquor store at 1806 Cedar Ave. in the Morris Heights section of the Bronx around 6:52 p.m. this past Friday, police said.

The assailant came up to him from behind with a knife and demanded money, police said.

The victim handed over money, and the suspect ran off, police said. No injuries were reported.

Police have released surveillance photos of the suspect.
