Broadway, Voice-Over Actors Unite For Cabaret Show To Raise Money For Alzheimer's Patients, Caregivers

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Broadway stars and top voice-over actors will lend their musical talents in the fight against Alzheimer's disease Monday.

"Voices Remember" is an intimate cabaret show fundraiser, explained Rudy Gaskins, creator and executive producer of the Voice Arts Awards.

"In this instance, it will take place at 210 Central Park Ave., in a beautiful penthouse apartment overlooking Central Park," Gaskins told CBS2's Diane Macedo.

The audience will be limited to about 100 people. Money raised will go to Alzheimer's patients and caregivers.

The show will pay tribute to B. Smith, a celebrated New York restaurant owner and former model who has Alzheimer's.
