3 Teens Accused Of Sexual Assault Of Girl On Brentwood Country Club Grounds

BRENTWOOD, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) -- Three young men were charged Monday with alleged the sexual assault of a teenage girl in the woods at the Brentwood Country Club on Long Island.

Jose Cornejo, 17; Bryan Larios, 18; and Joel Escobar, 17, were all charged with rape, a criminal sex act, and robbery, according to Suffolk County police.

Around 6 p.m. this past Friday, the suspects came up to a 16-year-old girl and a male victim near a Brentwood school, and robbed them, police alleged.

The suspects then took the girl to the Brentwood Country Club Course at 100 Pennsylvania Ave. in Brentwood, where she was sexually assaulted, police alleged.

The victim was then found by golfers, police said.

All three teenage suspects were being held without bail Monday at the Suffolk County Correctional Facility, police said.
