Boomer and Gregg opened their third day on Radio Row at Super Bowl LII in Minneapolis by talking about the surprising trade that sent quarterback Alex Smith from Kansas City to Washington.

Deals of that magnitude don't happen very often in the NFL, especially one with such far-reaching ramifications. The move effectively takes the Redskins out of the running to re-up with Kirk Cousins, and leaves the Jets as a prime suitor to sign the veteran quarterback in free agency.
