With a good portion of the conversation Thursday morning dedicated to the Yankees' new ticket policy, which will no longer permit entrance into the stadium with print-at-home tickets, Boomer & Craig tried to get clarification during an interview with team COO Lonn Trost.

The ticket issue has fans up in arms.

A team spokesperson told CBS2 on Wednesday that the change is about "consumer protection" because "the use of print-at-home tickets was plagued with fraud."

"Print-at-home paper tickets (PDFs) are being discontinued so as to further combat fraud and counterfeiting of tickets associated with print-at-home paper tickets (PDFs)," the team said on its website.

Trost addressed the new ticket policy, as well as Yes Network's ongoing battle with Comcast.
