Derek Jeter's final home opener in the Bronx on Monday concluded in a favorable manner for the captain and those who root for the Bombers, as the Yanks topped the Orioles 4-2.

Craig was there at the Stadium and was thrilled with the outcome, while Boomer sounded as if he is growing more and more annoyed with the nonstop Jeter fawning we've been subjected to thus far, as Jeets somewhat reluctantly embarks on his farewell tour.

After the Yankees game was long over, UConn and Kentucky tipped off in Texas with a national championship on the line. And it was the Huskies who prevailed over the Wildcats 60-54, putting a bow on what was just a magical run by Kevin Ollie's underdog bunch from Storrs.
