According to Craig, the Yankees' home opener on Tuesday lacked that "home opener" feel. With that said, the Yankees picked up where they left off last season, losing to the Astros in the Bronx.

Boomer and Carton got things started Wednesday morning with the story surrounding the baseball locals, as the aforementioned Yankees disappointed their chilly home crowd by falling 5-3. Meanwhile, the Mets rebounded from Sunday's loss in Kansas City with a 2-0 win over the Royals, behind an impressive performance courtesy of Noah Syndergaard.

In addition, Mike Piazza has received an apology from the Mets for selling his post-9/11 game jersey, Phil Jackson would like to keep Kurt Rambis around and a fella named "Andrew" accused Craig of being an "alarmist."
