Boomer & Carton: Victoria's Secret Model Lily Aldridge Says Helloooo!

The lovely Lily Aldridge (pictured along with Boomer, Carton and Craig's youngest son Anthony) was in town Tuesday, so naturally the stunning Victoria's Secret model paid the 'National Treasures' that are Boomer & Craig a visit in the Allstate Studio. And not surprisingly, she looked beautiful doing so.

Lily talked about the 2014 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show tonight (12/9) on CBS, which she is understandably very excited about -- and she is certainly not alone.
