Boomer made it back from Cincinnati safe and sound after calling the Texans-Bengals game on Monday night for Westwood One Radio.

Houston prevailed 10-6, thus putting an end to Cincinnati's undefeated season. So it was there that Boomer & Craig got their wildly popular radio program started Tuesday morning.

Keeping the football theme going, the guys discussed the plight of the Jets' and Giants' uncertain playoff picture. The word is Geno Smith could be under center for Gang Green when they take on the aforementioned Texans this Sunday -- that is if Ryan Fitzpatrick's surgically repaired thumb keeps him sidelined. That news didn't sit well with Craig.

Boomer's partner also voiced his displeasure over the manner in which Victor Cruz has been treated following his announcement that he needs surgery on his ailing calf and will not play for the Giants this season.
