Masahiro Tanaka is on the 15-day DL with elbow soreness, which is obviously not a good sign if you're into foreshadowing.

Boomer and Craig began this Thursday radio program discussing the low-hanging fruit that is Tanaka's ailing elbow, with the Booms declaring that "it's over" for the Yanks with some help from the late Roy Orbison to really drill home his point, while Craigie is keeping the faith, citing the lack of a clear front runner in the AL East and the fact that they are the Yankees.

In addition to that, the Daily News' Frank Isola is reporting that Carmelo Anthony will re-sign with the Knicks, which according to Craigie makes fans of the Knickerbockers the big winners.
