Boomer and Craig were thrilled to get things started Wednesday morning with the Mets, more specifically Noah Syndergaard, who continues to make it pretty clear that he is this team's best pitcher.

Just ask Bryce Harper.

Syndergaard spearheaded a 2-0 win over the Nationals on Tuesday night that had the Dynamic Radio Duo feeling pretty good.

The Yankees, on the other hand, have been providing anything but good vibrations of late and that trend continued late Tuesday night in Arizona, where they lost 5-3 to the Diamondbacks.

The guys also talked about LeBron James and the Cavaliers, who made easy work of the Raptors in Game 1 of the NBA's Eastern Conference finals.

And if all that wasn't enough, Boomer expressed his dislike for cortisone shots after Mets young lefty Steven Matz received one in his ailing left elbow.
