Russell Simmons is a businessman, and that became very clear early on when he paid Boomer & Craig a visit in the Allstate Studio Thursday morning. He stopped by to promote his Celsius energy drink and chat with the Dynamic Radio Duo about his life, which could be described as fascinating.

Simmons co-founded Def Jam Recordings back in 1983 and his hip-hop roots run deep. These days, the 57-year-old is a vegan and he meditates twice a day.  Simmons did his best to enlighten Craig about his way of living, but I don't think he made any real progress.

Before saying goodbye, Simmons gave a listen to Al Dukes' rap duet with out former intern, Kevin. He then provided an honest assessment, which may or may not have scarred poor Al for life...
