Apart from of the ugly story coming out of Los Angeles involving Clippers owner Donald Sterling (pictured in 2006 with Carmelo Anthony's then-fiance LaLa Vasquez), this past weekend provided plenty of not so subtle reminders of why it is so good to be a sports fan.

Boomer and Craig opened things up this Monday morning by reflecting on the weekend that was, which produced a Rangers' 3-2 series lead over the Flyers; the Nets find themselves all tied-up (2-2) with the Raptors; while the Yankees and Mets both took care of business for the most part on the baseball diamond.

Eventually the guys focused in on Sterling, after his racially charged comments shook the landscape of sports and society alike...
