With the NBA free-agency period upon us, one has to wonder if anyone wants to be a Knick.

Well the Dynamic Duo that is Boomer Esiason & Craig Carton collectively wondered just that while opening up this very special Thursday edition of the Morning Extravaganza, as Phil Jackson and the Knicks have come up short repeatedly, and the player pool is dwindling.

The Mets continued their futile attempts to generate offense, falling to the Cubs 2-0 in 11 innings.  For those of you scoring at home, that makes 20 innings since a Mets player crossed home plate. And that, my friends, is a problem.

Finally, while running the bases during Wednesday night's softball game against the fine folks from The Hebrew Home, Craig got a craving for pizza. So he did something about it -- while running the bases.

Well with a holiday weekend on the horizon, for all intents and purposes today is a Friday. Start acting like it...
