Boomer & Carton: Might 'Linsanity' Be Making A Return?
What a way to start a Thursday!
Today's edition of the Morning Extravaganza began with an energetic Craig and a less than 100 percent Boomer discussing a whole host of 'hot topics,' including some reaction to Derek Jeter's highly publicized press conference Wednesday in Tampa, the first since the Yankees captain announced that he will retire at the conclusion of the 2014 season.
Not all that surprising, the guarded 'Jeets' said very little and he did not shed a tear, as Craig thought he might.
Then we had the Knicks, who were led to victory last night in New Orleans by Carmelo Anthony's 42 points, and with the trade deadline fast approaching (Thursday at 3 p.m.) have some decisions to make. Craig alerted Boomer to s0me rumors circulating that have the one and only Jeremy Lin making a return to the Knickerbockers -- and the Blonde Bomber's reaction might surprise you.
So we had the Knicks, some 'Yeah Jeets' and we call that a show open...
