Boomer & Carton: Mets Know Winning, Jackson Pulls Back The Curtain And London Calling

It was a spirited show open courtesy of the Dynamic Radio Duo you've come to know and love, as Boomer and Craig were all over Phil Jackson after the Knicks president told the media Tuesday that the team he's being paid $12 million per year to reside over will not compete for an NBA title next season. And there you have it.

Then it was on to the Mets after the Amazin's won their ninth game in a row and still have not lost at Citi Field.

The Mets' AL counterparts also got themselves back on track in Detroit.  The Yanks downed the Tigers 5-2, setting the stage for what should be a spirited matchup this weekend in the Bronx with the aforementioned Mets.

Finally, the NFL released the 2015 schedule and Craigie is far from thrilled with the path before the Jets, specifically Gang Green's October 4 matchup against the Dolphins, which will be played in London.
