After a brief summer recess, Boomer and Craig found themselves back in the Allstate Studio this Monday morning, well-rested and ready to do their collective thing.

First up on the radio docket, the Dynamic Radio Duo recapped some of the happenings that occurred while they were out, beginning with Jason Kidd shunning Brooklyn in favor of Milwaukee (and money), as well as the hoopla surrounding Carmelo Anthony while rumors swirl about Melo joining Kobe in the City of Angels.

On the baseball front, despite being 10 games under .500, the 'Not So Amazin' Mets are talking about getting back into it by taking care of business against the Braves and Craig wonders aloud when the Yankees stopped being the Yankees, citing the Bombers losing out to Oakland on acquiring the services Jeff Samardzija and Jason Hammel, who the Cubs dealt to Oakland over the weekend.
