It was a late night for the local baseball teams as the Mets are still on their west coast trip and the Yankees take it 14 innings.
Jerry starts off his update with some base-running blunders by the Texas Rangers, which caused the game to go so long. A surprising hero, Chase Headley, who showed up late to the start of the game, finds his way to make an impact in walk-off fashion.
Jerry doesn't forget about the Mets, as Jacob deGrom confused the Mariners with the "fake shakes." Terry Collins seems to have a loose tongue these days as he let's a curse slip during a postgame interview.
