Boomer & Carton: Jerry's Pampered Childhood, Craig's Mother's Magic

While discussing whether or not a first basemen's glove is necessary, Craig pointed out that Jerry Recco's childhood was pretty pampered.  Moving right along, while reflecting on his own upbringing, Craig makes it clear that his mother was a magician, not a prostitute. So there's that. He then came up with a title for his next book.

From there, Jerry Recco removed the silver spoon he was born with in his mouth just long enough to deliver one of his informative and entertaining sports updates, which covered just about everything. It began with the Nets' big win in Miami, the Mets' shutout of the Braves and the Orioles' dominance over the Yanks in the Bronx.
