After a restful weekend, Jerry Recco was at it again Monday morning, delivering an action-packed, informative and entertaining sports update.

The "update maven" got started right after Al Dukes aired his grievances with regards to the length of Saturday night's Bruce Springsteen concert in Brooklyn, recapping the Islanders double-overtime win over the Panthers in Game 6 that moved them into the second round of the playoffs for the first time since 1993.

In addition, there we learned about Prince tributes over the weekend, the Yankees' loss and the Mets' win on Sunday, Steph Curry's uncertain status, and how Byron Scott is no longer the Lakers' head coach.
