After Boomer and Craig took some time to wonder aloud what the Nets will have to do to capture the attention of the city, as they participate in the NBA playoffs relatively under the radar, Jerry Recco was all over it as far as his update responsibilities, offering up all sorts of details from the Yankees' 14-5 win over the Red Sox, this on the heels of the news that right-hander Michael Pineda was suspended 10 games for his use of pine tar Wednesday night in Boston.

During Jerry's detailed recap, after he was done taking the update maven to task, Craig could be heard having more than a little fun at the expense of his colleague Suzyn Waldman.

The Mets kept their winning ways going against the Cards, topping the Red Birds 4-1 at Citi Field, and Terry Collins is looking for the bats to get a lot better.  Plus the Nets host the Raptors and the Rangers will be in Philly...
