Boomer & Carton: Jerry's Friday Contribution, 'Eating Clock'
Despite being under the weather all week, Boomer has not missed a day of work, although he was pretty close to calling in sick today. Needless to say, Craig has been pretty worried about his big blonde radio partner. In fact, he offered to slather Vicks VapoRub all over Boomer's bare chest with the hopes of providing some relief, but the Booms declined.
Jerry Recco has also been grinding through a week of being less than 100 percent, but unlike Boomer, he was not given the option of having Craig lather him up. Such is life.
Jerry got his update started with the news/story that Ralph Kiner passed away yesterday at the age of 91. Matt Harvey is not looking to compromise his rehab in any way, the Knicks will be home tonight against the Nuggets and the Nets beat a depleted Spurs team last night in Brooklyn.
