Jerry Recco was at his best on Thursday and New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie really seemed to enjoy what he witnessed.

The "update maven" jumped into the goings-on in sports with both feet, recapping a disturbing Wednesday night for the NBA locals. The Knicks let a big early lead get away in a loss to the Thunder in Oklahoma City, while the Nets suffered their 14th straight defeat, a four-point setback to visiting Milwaukee.
