Boomer & Carton: Daniel Murphy Speaks Out And Rex's Bills Get Better

Boomer & Craig were forced to open up Wednesday's edition of the Morning Extravaganza by addressing the comments Mets second baseman Daniel Murphy made with regards to Billy Bean's "lifestyle," comments Craig aptly described as "offensive."

Bean retired from playing back in 1995, and then four years later announced publicly that he is gay.  The Mets invited him to camp to speak to the club.  If nothing else, Murphy provided an honest assessment, which spoke volumes on many levels.

Moving right along to the NFL, Rex Ryan and the Bills made a splash up in Buffalo by making a trade for LeSean McCoy.  As a Jets fan, Craig wants to know what the Jets will do to combat the acquisition. As an NFL analyst, Boomer is curious how "Shady" McCoy -- a Pennsylvania native -- will handle the relocation.
