Well, the speculation is over. On Tuesday, MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred suspended new Yankees closer Aroldis Chapman for 30 games under the league's new domestic violence policy.

Chapman will not appeal the punishment.

Boomer & Carton got their sports talk morning show party started Wednesday with a discussion about the Chapman ban. The Booms believes the penalty probably should have been stiffer, while Craig doesn't understand why Chapman was suspended at all.

Then the Dynamic Radio Duo's focused shifted to the pathetic Knicks, who appeared to give up during Monday night's embarrassing loss to the visiting Trail Blazers.
