Sunday proved to be a case of two different worlds as far as the football locals go.  The Giants overcame a 20-10 second-half deficit to beat the Falcons 30-20 and improve to 3-2.  Later in the day it was the Jets who garnered all the attention locally, only to get their collective doors blown off by the Chargers in San Diego, falling 31-0 to the Bolts.

Boomer and Craig talked about Odell Beckham Jr.'s impressive debut for Big Blue and Geno Smith's second half benching, which came in what could be considered the low point to date in the Rex Ryan coaching era.  Rex's Gang Green dropped to 1-4 with the loss.

In summary, Craig is not happy that it's October and he doesn't have a winner in the Jets, while Boomer tried to comfort his radio partner with a reminder that hockey season is right around the corner.
