After a night off, the Mets were set to welcome in Bryce Harper and the first-place Nationals to Citi Field on Tuesday for the opener of a three-game set.

The Mets have Noah Syndergaard slated to start, while the Nats will counter with Max Scherzer, who is coming off a 20-strikeout performance in his last outing.

Boomer and Craig got their sports talk party started Tuesday morning by discussing the upcoming NL East clash, as well as offering up their reactions after Russell Westbrook, Kevin Durant and the Thunder upset Steph Curry and the 73-win Warriors in Oakland in the opening game of the NBA's Western Conference finals.

In addition, Craig pointed out an injustice in the NHL, but made it clear to his big, blonde hockey-loving buddy that he does not like the sport of ice hockey.
