Boomer & Carton did some tough sledding on Thursday morning, as the topics on the table were less than upbeat.

After getting through discussing some of the disturbing details surrounding Giants kicker Josh Brown's history of abusing women, it was on to racism. J.R. Smith didn't take too kindly to some of the things Jeremy Lin had to say when he chatted with Boomer and Craig on Wednesday's program.

From there, the guys talked about Derrick Rose's legal battles and the Jets' decision to bench Ryan Fitzpatrick in favor of Geno Smith, before Boomer lightened the mood a bit by pointing out that the Indians are heading to the World Series and what that means to the WFAN family.
